Synopsis:

3 Minutes follows the lives of 4 men and 2 women once considered top boxing prospects whose careers derailed due to forces outside the ring. For the six fighters, 3 Minutes is a last change to straighten their path and achieve success, but 3 Minutes will also be their best change because this time they will have the country’s best professionals in their corner: Former World Champion Ricardo “Finito” Lopez and his team of trainers, coaches and mentors. Fighters will have 12 week of advanced personal training and professional development to prove they’re willing to make the necessary sacrifices, hone the qualities of a champion and ultimately fulfull their lifelong dream: signing a professional contract with a major boxing promotion can the right resources help the fighters overcome what previously held them back? How will their lives change in 3 Minutes?
